Assistant Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Planning employee shifts, managing inventory, and ensuring the workplace complies with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
Monitoring staff performance, providing coaching, and addressing employee queries or conflicts.
Training & Onboarding:
Assisting with the recruitment process and compiling training materials to help employees improve their skills.
Administrative Support:
Preparing reports, processing paperwork, and managing departmental budgets
Requirements:
Minimum of OND in any field with at least one year of proven track record in facility management and janitorial services Ability to lead, plan, and coordinate Janitorial Operations 1 - 2 years of supervisory work experience
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
