• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of the security company.
• Coordinate the deployment, scheduling, and supervision of security personnel to ensure all client sites are adequately staffed.
• Monitor the performance of security officers and supervisors through regular site visits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, security regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing concerns and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Respond to operational issues, emergencies, and security incidents, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate operational and incident reports.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, overtime, and workforce utilization to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and accountability of security equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and communication devices.
• Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act on behalf of the Operations Manager, as delegated, to ensure continuity of operations.
