Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Territory Management
• Customer engagement and technical support.
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Market development and intelligence
• Follow up on leads, orders, and customer inquiries.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide basic product information and excellent customer service.

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of field sales experience, FMCG , agribusiness or animal feeds industry.
• Experience with distributors, agrovets, farmers, cooperatives, or retail network is an added advantage
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of the agricultural/animal feeds market.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to conduct frequent field visits.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
