The incumbent shall function as a front office and housekeeping agent at EuniBot Guesthouse. The duties shall cover welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, payments, and records, handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, sanitized, well-stocked, and prepared to deliver a high standard of service.

• SECURITY OFFICER / NIGHT WATCHMAN

A Night Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the guest house by conducting regular patrols, monitoring access, assisting guests with check-in, enquiries and emergencies, carrying out routine inspections, securing the premises, watering gardens and maintaining cleanliness, keeping accurate records of incidents and activities, and coordinating with management and emergency services to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests.
