ABOUT THE FRED HOLLOWS FOUNDATION
The Foundation is an international development organisation working to prevent blindness and restore sight. We continue to carry on the legacy of Professor Fred Hollows, who believed every person had the right to quality eye care, no matter where they live. The Foundation has grown to work in more than 25 countries throughout Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific, as well as Australia. The Foundation has restored sight to more than 3 million people worldwide. We have an ambitious five-year strategic plan that aims to take us even closer to realising our vision of a world in which no person is needlessly blind, or vision impaired and Indigenous Australians exercise their right to sight and good health.

Join The Newly Branded Support Growth Team
At The Fred Hollows Foundation, we're reimagining how we connect with supporters and grow the movement that makes our sight-restoring work possible. As part of the evolution of our newly branded Supporter Growth Team, we're investing in the future of supporter acquisition, new monthly donor growth and long-term giving. Led by our Head of Supporter Growth, this team has bold ambitions to grow our supporter base, embrace innovation, and create exceptional supporter experiences that inspire lasting connections with our cause.
We're looking for an experienced Supporter Growth Manager – Regular Giving to help shape this next chapter.
This is more than a fundraising program management role. You’ll lead and evolve our national Face-to-Face Regular Giving program, with a clear focus on acquiring high-quality new monthly donors and growing our Regular Giving supporter base. You’ll strengthen the early supporter journey, build high-performing supplier partnerships and drive innovation to improve acquisition performance, donor quality and long-term supporter value.
If you're passionate about people, driven by performance and excited by the opportunity to grow a community of committed monthly donors, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Supporter Growth Manager – Regular Giving, you will:
- Lead and continuously evolve The Foundation’s national Face-to-Face Regular Giving program, taking ownership of strategy, performance, budgets, forecasting and KPIs.
- Grow the quality and long-term value of our supporter base by strengthening onboarding, early engagement and the first-year journey for new regular givers.
- Use donor feedback, behaviour and retention insights to improve supporter experiences, reduce early attrition and support long-term giving.
- Lead and strengthen our Face-to-Face supplier network through strategic relationship management, performance oversight, contract negotiation, procurement and capacity planning.
- Identify, test and scale innovative approaches across technology, digital optimisation, AI-enabled supporter communications and emerging fundraising practices.
- Champion quality, governance and compliance across the program, including quality assurance, risk management, regulatory requirements and sector best practice
- Monitor supporter behaviour, program performance and market trends, translating insights into recommendations that support the broader Supporter Growth strategy.
- Collaborate across Individual Giving, Digital, Supporter Services and Data & Insights to connect acquisition with the broader supporter journey.
- Contribute to broader Supporter Growth initiatives, strategic projects and fundraising capability across The Foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Significant experience in Regular Giving, fundraising, direct marketing or a related performance marketing environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and optimising a large-scale Face-to-Face or multi-channel Regular Giving acquisition program.
- Strong experience managing external suppliers, agency performance and complex stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to use supporter, fundraising and performance data to identify opportunities, improve outcomes and inform decisions.
- Strong budget management, forecasting and financial reporting experience, with a proven ability to deliver against performance targets.
- Excellent planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, combined with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- An innovative, test-and-learn mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in supporter onboarding, donor care, retention or supporter journey optimisation will be highly regarded.
- Experience in the not-for-profit, charity or purpose-led sector, along with knowledge of Australian fundraising regulation and PFRA requirements, will also be well regarded
