- INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
Established in 1998, Kings Foundation Schools Limited is a premier private educational institution in Malawi, operating campuses in the city of Lilongwe and Ntcheu District. We deliver a comprehensive local curriculum that spans nursery, primary and secondary school levels.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, and dynamic candidates to fill the following vacant positions tenable at our campuses in Ntcheu and Lilongwe:
- POSITION: SECONDARY SCHOOL HEAD TEACHER
- Location: Lilongwe or Ntcheu
- PRIMARY FUNCTION
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective teaching, learning, and student welfare management in line with the institution's mission and values.
- REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field from an accredited and recognized institution.
Master's Degree in Education/Educational Management will be an added advantage.
Teaching Certificate from an accredited and recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at secondary school level.
Strong leadership, communication and administrative skills.
Experience with MANEB curriculum is an added advantage.
Registered with Teaching Council of Malawi (TCM).
- POSITION: PRIMARY SCHOOL HEAD TEACHER
- Location: Lilongwe or Ntcheu
- PRIMARY FUNCTION
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective teaching, learning, and student welfare management in line with the institution's mission and values.
- REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Education or relevant field from an accredited and recognized institution.
Degree in Education will be an added advantage.
Teaching Certificate and Education Management qualification from an accredited and recognized institution is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at primary school level.
Strong leadership, communication and administrative skills.
Registered with Teaching Council of Malawi (TCM).
- POSITION: SECONDARY SCHOOL BIOLOGY TEACHER
- Location: Lilongwe or Ntcheu
- PRIMARY FUNCTION
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective teaching, learning, and student welfare management in line with the institution's mission and values.
- REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Education Science / Biology from an accredited and recognized institution.
Teaching Certificate from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years teaching experience at secondary school level.
Ability to teach MANEB curriculum.
Registered with Teaching Council of Malawi (TCM).
- POSITION: BOARDING MASTER
- Location: Lilongwe or Ntcheu
- PRIMARY FUNCTION
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective teaching, learning, and student welfare management in line with the institution's mission and values.
- REQUIREMENTS
MSCE Certificate.
Diploma/Certificate in Education, Social Work or related field from an accredited and recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years' experience in boarding school management.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with students.
Must be disciplined, responsible and of high integrity.
- POSITION: BOARDING MISTRESS / MATRON
- Location: Lilongwe or Ntcheu
- PRIMARY FUNCTION
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective teaching, learning, and student welfare management in line with the institution's mission and values.
- REQUIREMENTS
MSCE Certificate.
Diploma/Certificate in Education, Social Work, Nursing or related field from an accredited and recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years' experience in boarding school/student welfare management.
Good interpersonal skills, caring and nurturing approach to students.
Must be disciplined, responsible and of high integrity.
- REMUNERATION PACKAGE
The successful candidates shall be offered competitive remuneration packages commensurate with the seniority of the positions, qualifications, and experience.
