Drive the company three-wheeler safely along the assigned sales route.
Sell and deliver products to existing and new retail outlets.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collect customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Receive and reconcile cash or mobile payments accurately.

Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and stock movement.

Load and offload products while ensuring correct stock reconciliation.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.

Ensure proper product merchandising and visibility at customer outlets.

Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, promotions, and customer trends.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.

Maintain cleanliness, branding, and roadworthiness of the three-wheeler.

Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, route, and stock reports.

Comply with company policies, road safety regulations, and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- KCSE certificate; a certificate or diploma in sales, marketing, or business is an added advantage.
- At least 1–2 years' experience in FMCG, van sales, or direct sales.

Valid driving license for a three-wheeler (or relevant license class).

Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
