Telesales Executive

Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

At least one year of experience in telesales, customer service, call-centre sales, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.

Ability to work with sales targets and performance measurements.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and customer-management systems.

Experience using WhatsApp Business or digital sales platforms is an advantage.

Experience in FMCG, beverages, hospitality, wines, or spirits is an added advantage.
