Position: Supply Chain Intern (Ladies Only)

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will gain practical experience while assisting the supply chain team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and supplier follow-up.
• Support inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking inventory.
• Support logistics and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports.
• Perform data entry and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Female applicants only.
• KCSE mean grade of C+ (Plus) or above.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
