We are inviting applications from suitably qualified, committed and competent persons to fill the following vacancies that have arisen within our organization.

STORES CLERK (GRADE 4)

Reporting To: HR and Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect and record incoming stock and materials* Issue materials and products according to approved requisitions* Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts* Maintain accurate inventory and stores records* Ensure proper storage and organization of items* Prepare stock and reconciliation reports* Coordinate with Procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements* Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards* Investigate stock variances and report discrepancies

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Attributes

* Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply or related field* Minimum one (1) year experience in stores or inventory management* Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures* Strong organizational and communication skills* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
