• Role Summary

Support the learning and wellbeing of children/young adults with disabilities and vulnerable learners through inclusive education, assessments, skills training, counselling, and parent support.

• Key Duties*
• Teach and support learners in the inclusive programme
• Assess learners and develop Individual Learning Plans (IEPs)
• Provide skills development, basic counselling & psychosocial support
• Support parents/caregivers and maintain learner records/reports
• Collaborate with project staff, schools & stakeholders
• Qualifications*
• Certificate or Diploma in Special Education / Special Needs Education
• Experience with PWDs and vulnerable children is an added advantage
• Basic counselling knowledge, good communication & teamwork skills
• Passion for inclusive education
• Practical skills in sewing, food production, agriculture, crafts etc. is an added advantage
