Position: Sonographer/Sonologist

Salary: ₦110,000 monthly

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Requirements

● B.Sc., HND, or OND in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Ultrasonography, or a related field from a recognised institution.

● Valid practising licence/registration with the relevant professional regulatory body in Nigeria, where applicable.

● Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in diagnostic ultrasound.

● Strong technical knowledge of ultrasound techniques and equipment.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.

● Ability to work independently and manage patient workflow efficiently.

● Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

● Perform a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, pelvic, soft tissue and other relevant scans.

● Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning and clear communication during procedures.

● Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to standard operating procedures.

● Capture high-quality images and provide preliminary findings as required.

● Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

● Adhere strictly to infection control, patient safety and confidentiality protocols.

● Collaborate with clinical staff to support timely and accurate diagnosis.

● Ensure equipment cleanliness and report any technical issues promptly.
