Job Description
The Software Sales & Support Officer will be responsible for:
- Developing new customers and promoting business management software.
- Demonstrating software functions to potential clients.
- Assisting customers with software installation and initial setup.
- Training customers on daily software operations.
- Providing after-sales support and resolving customer usage issues.
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships and collecting user feedback.
- Achieving monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Reporting customer requirements and market information to management.
