Job Description

LYNSCYBER is recruiting 1 Motorcycle Sales Supervisor (local candidate with legal right to work in Tanzania preferred).

Majukumu / Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the motorcycle/electric motorcycle sales team.

• Drive the team to achieve sales targets.

• Develop customers and grow sales in the local market.

Sifa / Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in motorcycles or electric vehicles.

• Previous team-management experience.

• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer development.

• Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.

Malipo / Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission. Details will be discussed during the interview.
