Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Produce and upload high-quality videos, reels, photos, and graphics that align with the brand's identity.
• Develop educational, promotional, and lifestyle content showcasing RLG Cosmetics' products.
• Create behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, product launch, and campaign content.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and storytelling content that encourages audience interaction.

Makeup Demonstration & Product Application:

• Apply makeup professionally to demonstrate the correct use of RLG Cosmetics' products.
• Create makeup tutorials, transformation videos, product reviews, and beauty tips.

Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photographs.
• Record and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos.
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and visual presentation.
• Operate cameras, smartphones, lighting equipment, and audio devices effectively.

Video Editing & Design:

• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software

Social Media Support:

• Work with the BCM to execute the content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas.
• Participate in campaign planning and product launches.
• Support live sessions, promotional events, and influencer collaborations.

Brand Representation:

• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding, values, and communication guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company online and offline.
• Protect confidential information relating to upcoming products and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Communications, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, social media, beauty, or digital marketing.
• Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is required.
