Job Description

Collaborate with leadership to develop content strategy and campaign ideas across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Write, design, and edit high-quality content — posts, graphics, short-form video, captions — that reflects our brand voice
Manage a consistent posting calendar and keep all channels active and on-brand

Drive engagement: respond to comments, build community, grow followers and reach organically
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, announcements)
Support Sibuor Designs (BKG's creative agency arm) by creating content and driving engagement for client social media accounts
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's actually working
Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, not just execute a checklist
