Site Supervisor – Fiber & Power Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations and field teams.

• Oversee fiber installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning.

• Coordinate FTTX roll-out projects in compliance with KPLC standards.

• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.

• Prepare project reports and maintain site documentation.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications Option).

• Valid KPLC Certification (Mandatory).

• Valid Work at Height Certification (Mandatory).

• At least 2 years' experience in fiber optic infrastructure projects, including FTTX roll-outs.

• Knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, and underground/aerial fiber deployment.
