- Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
- Senior Risk Analyst
to join our Risk Management team. The Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization, providing data-driven insights, supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies and driving the execution of the Group’s Risk Management Plan. This role requires a deep understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risk, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.
Analyze and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and produce regular risk reports for senior leadership.
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential impacts of emerging risks.
Collaborate with business units to ensure risks are identified, documented, and mitigated appropriately.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on risk exposure and compliance requirements.
Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models, methodologies, and tools to improve risk measurement.
Provide subject matter expertise in risk management practices, policies, and procedures.
Lead or participate in audits, risk workshops, and training sessions.
- Support knowledge-sharing within the team and across Risk Leadership
- Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, RIMS-CRMP, CRMA, CISM, CISSP, AI/ML are highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in risk analysis, financial services, banking, insurance, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Sustainability/ESG
would be considered a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial instruments.
Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in risk modeling tools, data analysis software, and MS Excel, GRC tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
