- Senior Manager Revenue and E-Value Control

The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening financial internal controls, managing revenue assurance and fraud risks, overseeing loan portfolio controls, and ensuring effective revenue collection and cost management to support sustainable business growth.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Assurance and Financial Control
Design and strengthen revenue assurance processes to prevent revenue leakages.
Ensure all revenue generated is accurately collected and accounted for.
Monitor and control direct business costs.
Develop and implement finance policies and procedures.
- Loan Portfolio and Debt Management
Review loan portfolio performance and recommend acceptable Portfolio at Risk (PAR) levels.
Recommend provisions for bad debts relating to customer and agent overdrafts.
Review reconciliations for customer and agent overdraft facilities.
Monitor debt collection performance and prepare ageing analyses and collection reports.
Work with the Legal Department in recovering overdue debts.
- Financial Planning and Business Support
Participate in developing the mobile money financial strategy.
Review revenue and expenditure performance against budgets.
Recommend funding requirements for Mpamba agents and customers.
Analyse profitability of products, promotions, and incentives.
- Fraud Risk and Compliance
Assess fraud risks and implement preventive and detective controls.
Identify revenue leakages and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with TNM financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management
Resolve customer billing complaints and disputes.
Engage customers regarding outstanding accounts and payment arrangements.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial performance.

- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education
Applicants should possess:
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Information Communication Technology (ICT)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Computer Science
Or related fields.
Added Advantage:
Qualifications or experience in Banking, Finance, or Accountancy.
Professional membership with ACCA, CIMA, or a recognised banking professional body.
- Experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in:
- Revenue assurance
- Financial operations
- Banking
- Mobile money
- Financial services environment
- SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of loan portfolio management, reconciliations, fraud management, and financial controls.
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, debt management, and collections.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data and work under pressure.
Strong understanding of financial risk and control processes.
