Job Overview Proactively assist in the management of audit clients, responsible for the day-to-day management of audit assignments. Maintaining a relentless focus on quality and strive to uphold the highest professional standards and levels of objectivity, independence, ethics, and integrity within our system of quality management. Provide guidance to audit team by sharing best practice so that their work meets and exceeds quality standards. Developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen. Responsible for management and delivery of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met. Supporting business development activities including strategy, opportunity tracking, proposal writing and presentations. Display professional skepticism, raising and discussing contentious observations with management and provide evidence to support all issues identified. Keeping up to date with local and international business emerging issues. Build and maintain productive work relationships with staff and clients. Constantly develop your understanding of changing market trends, processes and sharing your knowledge to develop staff. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulators- ICPAK, MGI Worldwide, Financial Reporting Centre etc. Ensure compliance with IFRS, professional ethics, independence requirements and the firm's quality management framework. Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounts/Finance /Economics, or related field. CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory. Minimum 8 years' relevant audit/assurance experience, with at least 3 years experience of similar role. Membership in good standing with a relevant professional body, preferably ICPAK. Experience across the entire audit process. Good communication skills both oral and written. Masterly understanding with audit software’s. Masterly ability to manage audit teams.
