- Position: Senior / Intermediate Sales & Operations Executive
- Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

- ROLE OVERVIEW
Join our expanding team in a key role that combines sales, client management, and operational coordination of concrete supply. We are hiring mainly Senior professionals, plus a few Intermediate roles for high-potential candidates willing to be trained.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
Drive sales and coordinate order execution from batching to delivery.
Oversee on-site pouring and resolve technical/operational issues.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Act as main client liaison and prepare performance reports.
- Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS
Senior Candidates:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology, or related field.
7–10 years experience in construction/concrete industry.
Strong technical and commercial site knowledge.
Intermediate Candidates (Limited):
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
3–4 years experience in construction/site operations.
Willingness to learn and be trained.
All Candidates Must Have:
Confidence in client-facing environments.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office.
Valid driver's licence.
