Sales & Support Executive (Remote Work, Mandarin Speaking) - AI CRM Company, SINGAPORE

Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Support Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, expand our sales channels, and provide basic customer support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting product demos, following up with leads, managing client accounts, supporting client onboarding and retention, working with channel partners, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients and effectively communicate product value.

● Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Value and Volume).

● Identify and develop new sales channels, business opportunities, and potential clients.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors.

● Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and product adoption experience.

● Follow up with customers after onboarding, understand their requirements, and support long-term retention.

● Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events..

● Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline and customer records.

Basic Qualifications:

● 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

● Experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales will be an added advantage.

● Must be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English.

● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience handling client meetings, product demonstrations, and customer relationships.

● Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

● Ability to manage leads and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure.

● Experience or understanding of account management, client onboarding, and customer retention will be an added advantage.

● Willingness to travel to Singapore when required.
