Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives, cashiers, lobby hosts, and customer service staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Ensure all sales are accurately recorded and accounted for.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supervise cash handling and ensure proper reconciliation of sales.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure staff maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of an HND
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
