Responsibilities:

• Promote the store's range of children's footwear, toys, accessories, and other products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities through both online and offline marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across social media platforms and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Create engaging promotional content, including product posts, campaigns, and advertisements for the store's social media pages.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across all communication channels, providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends within the children's retail industry.
• Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, special offers, and in-store events.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, marketing initiatives, and campaign performance.
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure products are effectively displayed and promoted to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times while upholding the company's values, standards, and commitment to excellent customer experience.
• Perform any other sales, marketing, or customer engagement duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an OND
• 2-3 years' experience
