Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in and online customers.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage the company's social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content to promote products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Assist with product displays and inventory updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or equivalent.
• Experience in sales and social media management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic content creation skills using a smartphone.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Must reside in or around Kaura, Abuja.
