Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Generating and converting leads
• Building investor and client relationships
• Creating and managing property listings
• Managing social media and campaigns
• Coordinating guest stays and operations.
• Liaising with cleaners
• Maintenance and admin
• Scheduling viewings
• Maintaining the CRM
• Supporting business development.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or real estate.
• strong communication and negotiation, confidence with investors, social media experience, strong organisation and multitasking.
• CRM is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
