Responsibilities:

• Source and generate leads for property sales through networking, marketing, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present, market, and sell property listings to potential buyers.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and company offerings.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND In any discipline (sales/marketing background is a plus).
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious.
• Must be based in Abuja.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to under pressure

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
