We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant in our showroom.

• Age Requirement: 20–35 years
• Location: Lusaka, Zambia
• Core Duties;
• Welcome walk-in customers and professionally introduce vehicle features and advantages
• ⁠Arrange vehicle test drives and follow up sales leads until deal confirmation
• ⁠Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and referrals from existing clients
• ⁠Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and responding to inbox messages on social media platforms
• ⁠Register customer information, update follow-up records, and maintain client files
• ⁠Assist supervisors with order submissions, vehicle preparation and handover ceremonies
• ⁠Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materials
• Qualifications & Requirements;
• Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (automotive or related industry is an added advantage)
• ⁠Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• ⁠Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• ⁠Ability to confidently explain product features and selling points
• ⁠Skilled in smartphone and social media operations
• ⁠Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s license
• ⁠Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
