Sales Assistant cum Cashier/Supervisor (Pharmacy) - Mont Kiara

Key Responsibilities (Supervisor):

● Assist the Store in Charge in overseeing overall outlet operations

● Handle daily store tasks, including cash handling, daily reports, and promotions

● Supervise staff, including attendance tracking, briefings, and follow-ups

● Deliver excellent customer service and build strong rapport with customers

● Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth

● Ensure cash handling is accurate and in accordance with set procedures, and maintain proper operational records

● Actively promote products and ongoing promotions to customers

● Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

● Assist in all aspects of outlet operations, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness

Key Responsibilities (SA cum Cashier) :

● Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service.

● Maximise sales opportunities through product recommendations.

● Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure stock replenishment.

● Handle cash and cashless sales transactions accurately.

● Promote and explain membership card benefits to customers.

● Support stock management activities including stock take, ordering, and receiving goods.

● Ensure cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store.
