Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth targets
• Drive revenue across physical and digital channels Build strong brand positioning and customer loyalty
• Lead campaigns, partnerships, promotions, and market expansion
• Manage sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting
• Build and manage a high-performing sales & marketing team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales & marketing leadership
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth and brand building
• Strong commercial acumen and execution capability
• Highly self-driven, creative, and results-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Intrapreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 – 600,000 Monthly
