The Sales Agent – Microfinance is responsible for promoting and selling Logbook Loan products to individuals and businesses. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, educating customers on available financial solutions, and guiding them through the loan application process while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Logbook Loan products to prospective clients.
• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through field sales and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Educate clients on loan products, eligibility requirements, and application procedures.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting the required documentation.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to increase conversions.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
