Responsibilities:

• Support senior sales agents with prospecting and client engagement.
• Market and promote available properties to potential clients.
• Conduct follow-ups through calls, messages, and social media.
• Attend property inspections and site tours with clients.
• Assist in preparing simple sales reports and updates.
• Help maintain strong client relationships.
• Learn the negotiation and closing process.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be neat, well-groomed, and professionally presented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Ability to interact with clients politely and confidently.
• Must be available for weekend property tours when necessary.
• Basic computer or social media skills are an added advantage.
