RS-Crude & ENA Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, store, and dispense RS-Crude and ENA in line with approved handling procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Conduct routine stock counts and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards relating to hazardous and flammable materials.
Report and assist in the management of spills, leaks, and safety incidents.
Prepare dispatch documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Requirements:
Minimum of an HND in any related discipline.
2–3 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or FMCG/manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
