Job description:

On-time delivery to sales consultant according to Job Description the required candidates.

Responsible of editing and publishing job posts,filtering CVs, interviewing candidates, record interview details and preparing reports for all qualified candidates.

Resolving candidate doubts, communicating with KAMs and organizing interviews.

Follow up with offer negotiation, making proposals to candidates and help the candidate to know the market.

Follow up all recruitment processes until the candidate is on site, getting candidate feedback regarding the job.

CV delivery to clients of Job-posting.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience working in the HR field

Bachelor degree in psychology, human resources or related field.

English proficiency (spoken and written).
