This role is suited to an HR professional who understands the demands of high-volume agricultural workforces, including seasonal labour mobilization, onboarding, deployment, employee welfare and workforce compliance. Key requirements: Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field 2–3 years’ HR experience Experience in agriculture, horticulture or floriculture is preferred Experience with Fairtrade or Kenya Flower Council (KFC) audits IHRM Kenya membership Fluency in English and Swahili
