Job Description


Job Summary The Recovery Officer ensures efficient field operations, improves asset recovery, enhances debt collection activities, and maintain the safety and effectiveness of our recovery personnel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Locate, identify, and secure company assets.
  • Conduct debt collection by following up with debtors and recovering outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
  • Prepare and submit timely recovery reports to the company.
  • Work closely with other recovery team members to ensure successful recovery operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Investigation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Maps and other tracking/navigation tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in the field while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
