Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional, friendly, and warm manner.
  
• Manage appointment bookings and coordinate clinic schedules efficiently.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and financial records.
• Coordinate daily front desk operations to ensure smooth clinic workflows.
• Support client follow-ups, retention initiatives, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties as required.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, clinic administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Professional presentation and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Experience within a medical, aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
