conformity, testing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • refine and optimize QC processes, tools and methodologies to improve overall

quality performance.

  • Conduct and
  • oversee quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production and

finished goods.

  • Perform and
  • validate laboratory testing in accordance with company procedures, technical

standards and applicable norms.

  • Monitor
  • product performance through defined QC parameters and ensure consistency

throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Investigate
  • quality deviations and non-conformities, identify root causes and drive the

implementation of corrective actions.

  • Maintain
  • accurate testing documentation, reports and quality records to ensure

traceability and compliance.

  • Partner with
  • Production and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly

understood, embedded and consistently achieved.

  • Provide
  • quality performance insights and recommendations to support operational
  • excellence and informed decision-making

  • Quality Assurance(QA)
  • Lead,
  • develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System in
  • alignment with Saint-Gobain standards, regulatory requirements and EHS

guidelines.

  • Champion a
  • culture of quality excellence, accountability and continuous improvement across

the organisation.

  • Drive
  • initiatives to improve process reliability, product quality and customer

satisfaction.

  • Review and
  • approve technical specifications, certificates of conformity and customer

quality documentation.

  • Collaborate
  • with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, identify

improvement opportunities and implement preventive measures.

  • Lead and
  • monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes to ensure effective

and sustainable resolution of quality issues.

  • Support and
  • coordinate internal audits, ensuring compliance with corporate quality

expectations and timely closure of audit findings.

  • Chair daily
  • quality meetings to review key quality metrics, priorities, risks and

improvement actions.

  • Monitor
  • quality trends and performance indicators, providing data-driven
  • recommendations to management for continuous improvement and business

performance.

  • Influence
  • and support operational teams in embedding quality standards, best practices

and a customer-focused mindset throughout the value chain.
