Job Description

Support the processing of purchase requisitions and the creation of purchase orders.
Keep detailed and current records of all procurement activities, encompassing supplier details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products and services, addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
Provide administrative assistance to the purchasing team, which includes organizing files, entering data, and handling inquiries.
Communicate with internal departments to identify their procurement requirements and facilitate effective communication.
Assist in collecting quotes and comparing prices from various suppliers.
Support basic inventory management and monitor stock levels.
Learn and implement best practices in procurement as well as adhere to company policies.
Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with suppliers.
Manage basic logistics coordination for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
