📢 INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY | PURCHASING ASSISTANT 采购助理


🎓 Looking for an internship where you can gain real working experience?

Vanli Auto Spares Sdn Bhd is looking for a Purchasing Assistant Intern to join our team! 🚗


💰 Internship Allowance: RM1,000/month

📍 Location: Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur

🚆 Near MRT Sentul Barat – approximately 5 minutes' walk


🔎 What You'll Learn:

✅ Purchasing & procurement processes

✅ Supplier communication & follow-up

✅ Purchase order processing

✅ Inventory monitoring

✅ Order & delivery tracking

✅ Purchasing documentation and records


🎓 Requirements:

✔️ Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields

✔️ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

✔️ Good communication skills

✔️ Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

✔️ Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn

✔️ Able to work 5.5 days per week


🕒 Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Half-day)
