effective operation of the properties, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various property

management activities.

Qualifications & Required competencies for the role:

• Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualifications - Holder of credits in Maths and

Accounting at A-Level.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field or property sector would be an

advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in pivot table, Accounting and Navision would be an advantage.
• Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
• Care for a stronger client relationship and shows compassion.
• Passionate to work as a team and ability to work at different pace
