Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement programmes aligned with the organisation's mission and strategic goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify community priorities and target beneficiaries.
• Develop project proposals, logical frameworks, work plans, and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate programme activities to ensure timely delivery of outputs and milestones.
• Supervise field staff, volunteers, and partner organisations to ensure effective programme execution.
• Ensure programmes comply with donor requirements and organisational policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of programme activities and transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports to donors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Provide programme training and support to staff and volunteers to enhance their capacity to implement programme activities.
• Identify and address capacity-building needs within the programme team.
• This role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements

Requirements:

• A minimum of an HND in a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the programme unit of an NGO.
• Experience in donor-funded grant implementation will be an added advantage.
• Residential proximity to Yaba
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer packages.
