Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard new loan customers.
• Assess loan applications and perform credit analysis.
• Conduct customer due diligence and verify supporting documentation.
• Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and SME clients.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic loan performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in lending, credit, or financial services.
• Experience with consumer and SME lending is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
