Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction and facility projects from planning to successful completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, manage, and oversee construction and facility projects from start to finish

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Monitor progress and resolve issues or risks

Prepare reports and present updates to management

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, facility, or related projects

Strong overall management and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD is a plus)
