  • OVERVIEW

One Acre Fund is seeking an exceptional and adaptable professional to join its team as a Program Rotation Analyst. The successful candidate will work across country programmes to solve high-priority operational and strategic challenges while supporting One Acre Fund's mission of serving 10 million farmers by 2030.

This role offers exposure to project management, operations, analytics, business development, innovation, and field implementation across multiple country programmes.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead cross-departmental strategic and operational projects.

Coordinate critical programme activities during peak operational periods.

Prepare briefing notes, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership.

Conduct data analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and business modelling.

Support budget tracking and business variance analysis.

Travel to field locations to support project implementation and data collection.

Identify operational improvements and recommend practical solutions.

Support donor mapping, concept notes, and grant proposal development.

Collaborate with government institutions and development partners.

  • Requirements
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants should possess:

2–5 years of relevant professional experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Leadership experience with demonstrated ownership of results.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for agricultural development and One Acre Fund's mission.

Willingness to live outside a capital city during deployments.

Fluency in English; French is an added advantage.
