The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in posture management treatments, providing professional consultation, and delivering excellent customer care to support clients’ wellness and recovery journey.

We welcome Chinese and Malay candidates who are passionate about healthcare, wellness, beauty, or therapy-related industries.

• Provide posture therapy treatments and services to clients
• Assist clients in improving posture, body alignment, and overall wellness
• Conduct basic consultation and explain treatment plans professionally
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Ensure clients receive a comfortable and positive treatment experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Follow company SOPs and treatment procedures
• Assist in achieving outlet sales and service targets
• Attend training sessions provided by the company
