Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a team and handle patients professionally.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the clinic's schedule.
• Able to work in Johor Bahru.

Job description:

• Register patients and accurately update patient records.
• Manage appointment scheduling and respond to patient enquiries.
• Assist doctors and nurses during patient consultations and procedures.
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and ensure consultation rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Dispense medication according to the doctor's instructions and clinic procedures.
• Process patient payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain and monitor medical supplies and stock inventory.
• Prepare and maintain daily clinic reports and records.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
