Work Responsibilities

• Manage terminal operations, including but not limited to customer operations, team management, daily operations, and the overall management and control of personnel, vehicles, cash, and inventory.
• Set up and manage the CRM market team, oversee daily operations, ensure proper use of the customer CRM system, and conduct data analysis.
• Establish market visit and order-taking guidelines, maintain daily communication with customers, analyze customer needs, and develop appropriate solutions and action plans.
• Assist in handling and resolving other relevant operational and business matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in customer development and channel expansion within the FMCG industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, including experience managing a team of 3–5 people.
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry and relevant work experience with companies or businesses such as Maqsood/Maiqu'er and China Mall is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market and strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software.
• Willingness to travel to other regions for short-term business trips and work in other locations when required.
