Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations — loading, transportation, installation, dismantling, and return of rental items.
• Ensure all deliveries, installations, and pickups are completed on schedule.
• Lead and coordinate Team Leads, Drivers, and Field Officers.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and enforce fleet safety standards.
• Carry out site inspections ahead of major installations.
• Monitor and reconcile rental inventory; report shortages or damages.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and PPE use.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve operational issues on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, or event execution is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time-sensitive deliveries.

Remuneration: NGN150,000+accomodation
