Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflow.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Monitor operational performance and prepare management reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Manage budgets, logistics, and resource allocation.
Supervise staff performance and operational activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
